Care Circle is an online therapy platform built around one simple belief, that getting support should feel as natural as asking for help from someone you trust. Based in the UK, they connect individuals and families with qualified therapists from the comfort of home. The platform had already found its footing with individuals. The next step was couples & families.

The Brand

Reaching couples and families with mental health messaging is one of the more nuanced creative challenges there is. The barriers are real and stigma, time, the instinct to put everyone else first. The work couldn't feel clinical or heavy. It needed to feel like a door being gently opened, not a problem being diagnosed.

The Challenge

What We Did

We built a visual and verbal world designed specifically for couples the ones holding everything together while quietly running on empty. The lifestyle photography moved away from polished, abstract imagery toward something more honest real moments Warm without being saccharine.

The social media content was written to meet couples where they are scrolling between school runs and work calls, with three seconds to feel seen. Less "here's why therapy matters," more "you deserve this too."
